Abstract: In this study, the impact of digitalizing public services in Azerbaijan an Turkey is assessed, highlighting the benefits for citizens, businesses, and government institutions. Improved service delivery, reduced administrative burden, increased transparency, and enhanced accountability are among the positive outcomes observed as a result of digital transformation in the public sector. Overall, the analysis presented in this study underscores the importance of digitalization in enhancing public service delivery and government efficiency in Azerbaijan and Turkey. By addressing challenges and leveraging digital technologies effectively, both countries have the potential to further advance their digitalization efforts and deliver better services to their citizens.
