The article describes the protest of Russian Muslims during the spiritual-colonization policy of the Russian Empire. Turkish Muslim elites take various actions to protect their interests. It is described that Alash figures from the Kazakh steppe acted in harmony with other Muslim figures who shared the fate of the Kazakhs for the freedom of the nation.
