The position, dignity and duty of Kyrgyz women in society have been well described in all types of folk art, including the epic "Manas". Our national traditions and values, passed down from century to century, are subject to changes as society changes, and it seems that they are being forgotten, as it is said, "in seventy years, the land is new, in fifty years, the people are new." There is a need to learn about the daily life of our past in works of art, especially historical works of art. It is the task of today's writers not only to read them, but also to analyze them and analyze their artistic images for the next generation. In today's society, the question of where the abuse of women, violence against them, or vice versa, the immoral and dirty deeds of Kyrgyz girls came from, does not arise. Every society is obliged to continue the good aspects of its past. The main goal of our article was to reveal the place, value and duties of women in Kasymbekov's novel "Broken Sword", and their excellent qualities that can serve as an example for young people today.
