Psychological science, aimed at the comprehensive study of the formation and manifestation of individual and socially specific characteristics of people, should always take into account ethnic characteristics in development. Ethnic characteristics play the main, and in most cases decisive, role in this process. Due to its influence, a unique individual grows up, and this individual also has a unique ethnic way of thinking, feelings, will, abilities, interests, mood, customs, interactions and forms of behavior. Depending on ethnic characteristics, physical, spiritual, psychological and professional maturity does not occur simultaneously in different ethnic societies. For example, in representatives of the southern poles, these processes go faster than in Europeans. It is important to take them into account in concrete life experience and communication with representatives of different nationalities.
