While leadership is a concept that we have in our lives, digital leadership is a concept that has recently come to the fore and has aroused interest. Today, in the rapidly developing internet age, the process of managing an organization to keep abreast of innovations, monitor innovations and competitors, and develop action plans can be defined as digital leadership. Now almost all companies are developing various strategies and launching initiatives for the research and implementation of new digital technologies. Digital leaders are needed to manage these initiatives well and ensure digital transformation at all levels of the company. My study also clarified the ability to quickly adapt to technological changes that mainly digital leaders should have, the ability to lead remote and collaborative teams, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
