The article analyzes the situation of the construction sector in the country's economy in modern times. It is known that the construction industry complex forms the basis of macroeconomic growth. The main issue here is to expand the recycling provided by investment and to build new infrastructure facilities. The main growth tools that serve the development of the construction industry are state programs supporting new apartment construction, state support for mortgage programs in housing construction, and the implementation of national infrastructure development projects in economic zones. Automation and computerization systems, the latest measurement technology, automatic management systems of technological processes play an important role in the implementation of technological processes in the construction industry complex, and research in this direction continues. Application aspects of technologies that enable the creation of new models that include the physical and functional features of construction projects were determined. The article also classifies and analyzes the deficiencies of the sector that have been eliminated with the help of innovative technologies, as well as the innovations implemented in construction that are considered promising for application.

Makalede modern zamanlarda inşaat sektörünün ülke ekonomisindeki durumu analiz edilmektedir. İnşaat sektörü kompleksinin makroekonomik büyümenin temelini oluşturduğu bilinmektedir. Buradaki temel konu, yatırımla sağlanan geri dönüşümün yaygınlaştırılması ve yeni altyapı tesislerinin inşa edilmesidir. İnşaat sektörünün gelişmesine hizmet eden temel büyüme araçları, yeni apartman inşaatlarını destekleyen devlet programları, konut inşaatlarında ipotek programlarına devlet desteği ve ekonomik bölgelerde ulusal altyapı geliştirme projelerinin uygulanmasıdır. Otomasyon ve bilgisayarlaşma sistemleri, en son ölçüm teknolojisi, teknolojik süreçlerin otomatik yönetim sistemleri, teknolojik süreçlerin inşaat sektörü kompleksinde uygulanmasında önemli rol oynamakta olup, bu yönde araştırmalar devam etmektedir. İnşaat projelerinin fiziksel ve fonksiyonel özelliklerini içeren yeni modellerin oluşturulmasına olanak sağlayan teknolojilerin uygulama yönleri belirlendi. Makalede ayrıca sektörün yenilikçi teknolojilerin yardımıyla giderilen eksikliklerinin yanı sıra inşaatta uygulanan ve uygulama açısından ümit verici görülen yenilikler de sınıflandırılmakta ve analiz edilmektedir.
