Based on the activity of career centers of educational institutions in Azerbaijan, it is necessary to analyze the criteria that employers pay attention to when hiring young specialists, the relationship between career centers and the labor market, and to determine practical solutions for ensuring the employment of graduates. Research methodology.The study used methods of observation, analysis and comparison. Application of the research. The proposed institutional and other mechanisms for ensuring the employment of graduates can be used by career centers, employers and public employment services. Research results The analysis of the investigated issues shows that the role of career centers in solving the problem of employment of graduates is high. In order to increase the employment of graduates, this form of employment needs to work with new mechanisms. Originality and scientific novelty of the research. The proposed mechanisms for managing the employment of graduates in Azerbaijan are new for our country.
