Türkdilli dövlətlərin beynəlxalq arenada özünəməxsus rol oynaması və müasir beynəlxalq sisteminin əlahiddə bir elementinə çevrilməsi artıq faktdır. Lakin bu dövlətlər birliyinin inteqrativ potensialının ayrıca bir vahid kimi dünyanın siyasi-iqtisadi səhnəsində yer alması hər bir türkdilli dövlətin ayrı-ayrılıqda rolundan geri qalmaqdadır, yəni, pərakəndə şəkildə bu birliyə aid ölkələrin nüfuzu onların təşkilatlanmış formada ortalığa çıxan qurumunun nüfuzundan hələ daha güclüdür. Türkdilli dövlətlərin inteqrasiyası əslində qaçılmaz bir proses olduğundan onun zərurəti göz qabağındadır, lakin mövcud problemlər həmin inteqrasiya proseslərinin intensivləşməsinə və ümumilikdə perspektivlərinə kölgə salır. Bu prizmadan da həmin dövlətlərin diaspor təşkilatlarının fəaliyyəti birbaşa həm zərurətin, həm də ərsəyə gələn və perspektivləri uzaqlaşdıran problemlərin ən parlaq təzahürüdür.

It is already a fact that Turkic-speaking countries play a unique role in the international arena and become a separate element of the modern international system. However, the integration potential of this union of states as a separate unit in the political and economic scene of the world lags behind the individual role of each Turkic-speaking state, that is, the influence of the countries belonging to this union in detail is still stronger than the influence of their organization that appeared in the world in an organized form. Since the integration of Turkic-speaking countries is actually an inevitable process, its necessity is obvious, but the current problems overshadow the intensification of those integration processes and their prospects in general. From this perspective, the activity of the diaspora organizations of those states is the most vivid manifestation of both the necessity and the emerging problems that distance the prospects.
