In the historical process, nations of the same race, same size, speaking the same language can live as separate communities and states in different geographies, in different climatic conditions, throughout the adventure of humanity. Historical necessities have made the commonality of such states necessary. One of the rare organizations in which this obligation has been embodied in the 21st century is the Commonwealth of Turkish States, which speaks the same language, the Turkic Council, the Turkic Council, which was founded in 1992, and this structure, which was finally named as the Organization of Turkish States in the 8th Organization, is an economic, social, political, science and technology organization. etc. They have created an organization and mission to realize the common needs and goals of societies such as. The most sacred of this purpose and duty is the Turkish Universities Association, which was established in 2012 in Astana, Kazakhstan, which is the most important criterion in creating the organization of the age and the future based on science, technology, art, sports and education. Specifically, in this study, the contributions of this union to Turkishness, to the Turan cause, and to the Turkish world in general, and to world humanity in the light of science and reason, will be discussed and the developments will be evaluated historically

Tarihsel süreçte aynı soy aynı boy aynı dili konuşan milletler insanlığın serüveni süresince farklı coğrafyalarda, farklı iklim koşullarında, ayrı topluluklar ve devletler şeklinde yaşayabilmektedir. Tarihsel zorunluluklar böyle devletlerin ortaklaşmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu zorunluluğun 21.yy’da şumullendiği ender örgütlülüklerden bir tanesi 1992 yılında kurulan, aynı dili konuşan Türk Devletler Topluluğu, Türk Keneşi, Türk Konseyi ve 8. Organizasyonda nihai ismini Türk Devletler Teşkilatı olarak şekillenen bu yapı ekonomik, sosyal, siyasal, bilim, teknoloji vs. gibi toplumların ortak ihtiyaçlarını ve amaçlarını gerçekleştirecek bir örgütlülük ve görev oluşturmuşlardır. Bu amaç ve görevin en kutsiyet atfeden bilim, teknoloji, sanat, spor, eğitim temeli üzerinde kurulan çağın ve geleceğin örgütlülüğünü yaratmada en önemli kıstas olan 2012 yılında Kazakistan’ın Astana şehrinde kurulan Türk Üniversiteler Birliği’dir. Özelinde bu çalışmamızda bu birliğin Türklüğe, turan davasına, Türk dünyasına genelinde ise dünya insanlığına bilimin ve aklın ışığında katkıları ele alınıp gelişmeler tarihsel olarak değerlendirilecektir.
