Abstract: The article tells about the emigration activities of a public figure, politician Mustafa Shokay, who fought for the independence of the Turkic peoples all his adult life, was forced to go abroad and became the leader of Turkestan museums. Mustafa Shokai is a citizen of Kazakhstan who dreamed of becoming an independent country during the reign of tsarist Russia, uniting all the Turkic peoples who tirelessly fought for independence. Together with a number of Turkish political emigrants who arrived in Western Europe, he fought for the freedom of the Turkish people. Mustafa Shokayda and other fortune-tellers who left their homeland were not limited to exposing the hostile policy of the Soviet regime abroad. They were waiting for the liberation of Turkestan from the proletarian dictatorship of Russia. Hundreds and thousands of caves like Mustafa Shokai dreamed of this. They love their compatriots and are ready to serve their holistic interests, even when they are abroad.
