Abstarct: The article emphasizes the establishment of a system form in the process of organizing logistics activities in modern conditions. The logistics system allows for complex management of supply, production, storage, storage, transportation, distribution processes, which ensures the company's stable position in the market and the provision of a full range of consumers. A unified approach to the process of formation of transport systems has been developed. In the article, the author reviews the structure of the logistics system, the stages and methods that ensure its formation process. At the same time, the author briefly reviews and analyzes the main provisions of the general theory of logistics systems. Here, as well as in connection with the organization of the logistics system and its management, many subordinate goals of an operational nature of each company were studied. At the end of the article, the author reflected his scientifically summarized results based on the research.
