This article comprehensively considered the effectiveness of using the film pedagogy method as an additional educational, ideological and artistic methodical tool in the field of education. The role of film pedagogy in the education system in the formation of a forward-thinking, intelligent generation is very important, it makes teachers and students think, motivates, increases their creativity, develops thinking skills, and has a positive influence on understanding themselves and the surrounding phenomena and people. One of the ways to increase the effectiveness of the film pedagogy method is to present films showing modern pedagogical methods on the screen, which will strengthen the authority of the teacher in educational organizations and create a positive image. However, such films are rarely shot in modern Kazakh cinematography, the reasons and consequences, rational aspects and advantages of introduction of film pedagogy, present and future were extensively analyzed in the article.
