Each nation has its own national values, which go from father to son, which have not lost their significance to this day, which are clearly reflected in the development of society in everyday life, inherent only to that nation. National values are moral principles that have been inherited from father to son for centuries in the essence of every nation. Therefore, the introduction of Primary School students to national values, the implementation of the national educational process through the creation of a mobile educational environment will be a requirement of today's society. At the present stage, mobile devices, digital technologies are widely entering the daily life of Primary School students. After studying this spiritual value, the article discusses the theoretical foundations of introducing primary school students to national values through mobile applications. Mobile education in the formation of national value is clarified by analyzing the research of foreign and domestic scientists who have studied mobile technologies. The article was guided by the roadmap for the transition of the program of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Рухани жаңғыру" to the period of national modernization, the National idea of the Kazakh people "Мәңгілік ел" and the National Project "Ұлттық рухани жаңғыру", which is emphasized in the strategy "Қазақстан 2050".
