OĞUZCULUK: TÜRKİYE-AZERBAYCAN İLİŞKİLERİNDE YAPI VE GÜVENLİK TANIMLAMASI

This study aims to examine the impact of the individual and state levels on the systemic structure, which is an important field of study in the field of international politics, through the relations between the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Azerbaijan in the context of the concept of Oghuzism coined by Ziya Gökalp. In the study, firstly, the international political structure and the main problem areas of bilateral relations will be defined. Following this definition, the emergence and content of bilateral relations will be defined. Thus, in the last part of the study, the possible impact and peripheral power of bilateral relations on the systemic and sub-systemic structure will be discussed. The development of relations between the Republic of Turkiye and the Republic of Azerbaijan will be tested in terms of economy, culture and security whether all Oghuz people will have the capacity to influence from the sub-systemic structure to the systemic structure within a regional gravity power.
