In the article, the economic, factors affecting the vocabulary of the Azerbaijani language, the state language of the Respublic of Azerbaijan, which began to experience the second history of independence on October 18, 1991,were investigated. State sovereignty and political freedom are the guarantors of the development of the development of the national economy.The independence gained by the state though struggles is also strengthened by economic power. The concepts denoting economic relations in the vocabulary of the Azerbaijani language took a qualitative, quantitative new content and form.A new process of transformation has begun in all spheres of the political, economic social life of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Both the state and the nation began to experience a very complex, confusing and at the same time glorious period in the history of statehood. The transition from socialism to capitalism necessitsted the creation of a new economic platform at home and abroad.
