The scientific article examines the formation of a child's personality through national play in preschool organizations. The ways and techniques of using the national game in the formation of a child's personality are shown. In addition, the importance of the unique game of the Turkic peoples "Bestemshe" is noted. It is also noted that it is possible to form a child's personality based on the differentiation of ways, methods and techniques of using national games in a preschool organization. It is proved that national games are one of the main means of forming the personality of preschoolers, since in games the child learns about the world around him, develops his intellect, thoughts, imagination, and social qualities are formed. Guided by theoretical analysis, acquaintance with the culture and values of one's folk and one's country through national games is considered. Also, the specifics of the national game in the formation of the personality of preschoolers are specified.
