This article presents an approach for the establishment and optimization of a trade route between Southeastern Anatolia, Eastern Anatolia, and the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan. The aim of establishing this trade route is to enhance regional economic cooperation, increase trade volume, and promote economic development. The Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm is applied using the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) to achieve this goal. ACO algorithm, which models the natural behavior of ants in finding food sources, is utilized to find the most optimal trade route among the major cities in Southeastern Anatolia, Eastern Anatolia, and Nakhchivan. The resulting trade route can minimize costs while enhancing efficiency and speed.
