The article discusses a value-oriented approach to improving advanced training programs in the context of inclusive education. The theoretical basis of inclusive education is humanistic psychology and pedagogy, which are combined into a general approach to the problem of human existence - humane. In this work, based on studying the degree of development of improving the content of education in the advanced training system, a value-oriented approach is identified as a methodological basis for improving the content of education programs for teachers of inclusive education. The process of implementing inclusive education places high demands on the teacher, his professional competence, and human qualities. A teacher today, in addition to purely traditional professional knowledge, must have modern knowledge and skills in working with children with special educational needs and their parents, which, in turn, requires changing the entire component composition and structure of the program of advanced training courses.
