In a multinational sovereign country, the problem of the state language occupies an important place. The article will focus on the dynamics of the development of the state language during the period of independence, the peculiarities of communication, multilingualism, bilingualism. Representatives of other nationalities inhabiting the Kazakh country, including the Russian people, attach great importance to the education of children in Kazakh schools, education based on Kazakh traditions and customs. Only when the Kazakh nation speaks the state language fluently, representatives of other nationalities respect the Kazakh language and attach importance to the mastery of the Kazakh language. The state language is orientated from the family, kindergarten in the content of national values. All peoples inhabiting the expanses of the world transmit their national identity, cultural and spiritual values through language. The concept, assessed as "One of the cores for strengthening the nation – the native language" of the spiritual value of the language policy of a sovereign country, is characterized by the fact that it is a guideline for learning our national identity and the country through language. The knowledge of nationality is inherent in the mastery of the state language by a linguistic personality. In the process of free communication in the state language, the level of the national linguistic personality is achieved. Through the power of language, the spiritual history of the nation, the richest treasury of knowledge reaches the descendants. It is known that the generation of mankind, which values its state language, understands the essence of the national spirit.
