In this article partnerships between two brotherly countries Azerbaijan and Turkey in education, especially mathematical education field and as a result of this collaboration innovations and innovative approaches obtained in mathematical education and successfully applied have been researched. The importance of science and education has been emphasized and the necessity of mathematical education for modern period has been noted. Agreements between Turkey and Azerbaijan in education field, responsibilities undertaken by both sides have been mentioned. In addition, Turkic educational institutions successfully operating in our country have been named, their contributions to our education have been reflected. In education the special importance of mathematical education has been emphasized, joint actions with Turkey in mathematical education, especially STEAM project, cooperation with Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, activities of Turkish World Mathematical Society, held together Olympics, transfer of student issues to different mathematically oriented universities have been noted.
