The strength of higher education has always been the high-quality fundamental training of graduates, which contributed to a critical understanding of the world around them and the constant updating of knowledge. Fundamental education teaches you to learn, which is important for every person. The article says that the integration of mathematics and physics is the basis of fundamental education, which makes it possible to preserve knowledge and provide an opportunity to obtain new knowledge, giving a specialist flexibility. Even for liberal arts institutions, the role of mathematics and physics can hardly be overestimated. Integration involves mastering digital technologies, using mobile applications to visualize physical phenomena, and using artificial intelligence in education. The purpose of using digital technologies is to improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process, and the successful socialization of students. The article compares the education systems of Kazakhstan and Finland and considers the advantages of digital devices that make them a necessary element in education and contribute to the diversity of educational strategies. The flow of information and changes in the economy cannot be stopped, so the integration of mathematics and physics assumes that the student does not master information, but learns to work with it, search, systematize, and analyze it.
