This article discusses the main features of multiculturalism and its important political form in ethnic diversity and their better management. In our modern era, economic, cultural and political relations between people are rapidly developing in most countries of the world. Therefore, it can be said that in most countries of the world, you can find nations belonging to different cultures and traditions. However, in all these countries, there are different attitudes towards people who have different cultures. These differences we mentioned played an important role in the historical process and had an objective characteristic as a result of the development of that process. By characterizing the national-cultural values and cultures of nations, diversities constitute the main and leading part of their outlook and activities, and play a leading and positive role in the lives of people who have those characteristics. That is why the concept of multiculturalism includes the presence of different cultures in a society, that is, as a synonym of the word multiculturalism, it includes first of all racial, ethnic, religious and cultural diversity and the values that form the basis of these diversity. Multiculturalism is one of the main and important means of regulating multicultural societies in different countries.
