BEKSULTAN NURJEKEULI’NIN ROMANLARINDA KADIN

Beksultan Nurjekeulı is one of the most important writers of Kazakh literature. Although he also wrote opinion articles in newspapers, he was known for his writings about women in the social life of Kazakhs. When the author was young, his father went to the Second World War and did not return. The writer, who lives with his grandfather, grandmother and mother, has always been surrounded by girls and women. This situation caused the author to know women better and to be aware of their secrets. While the author takes into account the woman's spirit and her concrete and abstract needs, on the one hand, she does not ignore the traditions and customs of the society in her works. However, while the author handles this conflict in a masterful way, he does not exhibit a turmoil of social conflict. He explains these to the society as if he were saying "this is you" by holding a mirror to the society. Women are not temporary in the novels written by the author. The types of women in Nurjekeulı's works are the living human types that exist and are known to everyone. The problems they experience in the society, their desires, enthusiasm and the situations they encounter in real life are the subjects that are most emphasized and processed. Of course, in the novels, society's view of women, positive and negative traditions and customs are important issues. The author articulates these in his works.
